We offer 30 day returns on online orders.
Simply lodge your return with your Order Number and the Email or Poscode that is on the order.
Delivery within United Kingdom
Orders over £200: FREE
Orders under £200: £15
We offer 30 day free returns for all orders placed between 23 November and 19 December, provided you have the following:
• Proof of purchase (order number)
• Garment/s are in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our Final Sale items due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.
£30 Sign Up discount code is applied proportionally across each item purchased and on returning any discount codes will be forfeited accordingly.
• Our delivery timeframe is 2-4 business days
• All UK orders are dispatched with DHL Express.
• We give authority to leave parcels – if this will cause inconvenience, we suggest sending the item to a business address
Delivery Locations
• JETS UK delivers to the United Kingdom only.
If you're a US, CAD, AU or NZ customer, please change your store view (top left of your browser or device) to be redirected to your local site.
Step 1: Go to My Account and click on the Returns tab to see your orders, then copy the relevant order number. If you signed up as Guest please click HERE.
Step 2: You will need to provide your order number and personal details for DHL to identify your order.
Step 3: Once you see your order within the Portal, you can select the item/s you wish to return, provide a return reason and select your shipping method.
Step 4: You can select to have your parcel collected from home. For this, you'll receive a returns label to print off at home and affix to your parcel ready for collection. If you need to reschedule, please contact DHL directly.
Please note, a very small number of post codes are not covered by the DHL returns pick-up service. In these instances, our Customer Service team will be able to help you further.
Note: Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please keep your return reference number as this can be used to track your return.

We offer exchanges within 60 days of purchase.
• Jets offers same value exchanges only. You can exchange your item for the same value and style, but in a different colour or size (subject to product availability).
• Simply follow the returns process under 'Returning your online purchase' but choose exchange.
Note: Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of Jets receiving the returned item/s and notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
