Delivery and Returns
We offer 30 day returns on online orders.
Simply lodge your return with your Order Number and the Email or Poscode that is on the order.
Delivery within United Kingdom
Orders over £200: FREE
Orders under £200: £15
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided you have the following:
• Proof of purchase (order number)
• Garment/s are in their original condition, with tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
Please note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our Final Sale items due to change of mind, unless deemed faulty.
£30 Sign Up discount code is applied proportionally across each item purchased and on returning any discount codes will be forfeited accordingly.
- Our delivery time frame is 2-4 business days. Ordering for your holiday? We recommend ordering early to ensure your delivery is received in time.
- All UK orders are dispatched with DHL Express from Australia.
- We give authority to leave parcels – if this will cause inconvenience, we suggest sending the item to a business address
• JETS UK delivers to the United Kingdom only.

Step 1: Find Your Order Number
- Go to My Account, click on the Returns tab to see your previous orders, and copy the relevant order number.
- If you checked out as a Guest: check the order confirmation that was emailed to you.
Step 2: Open the DHL Returns Portal HERE. Enter your order number and email address or post code.
Step 3: Select the item/s you wish to return and provide a return reason. Choose to have your parcel collected from home (this is a complimentary courier service we offer at no additional cost).
Step 4: Print off your Returns Label and affix to your parcel ready for collection.
Please reach out to our Customer Care Team if:
- You have not received your returns label within 24 hours
- Your post code is not covered in the DHL returns pick-up service

Note: Returns are processed within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please keep your return reference number as this can be used to track your return.
We offer exchanges within 60 days of purchase.
• Jets offers same value exchanges only. You can exchange your item for the same value and style, but in a different colour or size (subject to product availability).
• Simply follow the returns process under 'Returning your online purchase' but choose exchange.
Note: Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of Jets receiving the returned item/s and notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
